When I joined the company I was the sole employee, initially taken on as a prospective Regional Manager but quickly promoted to Operations Director due to success. By January 2012 I had simultaneous and successfully opened two stores, taking them from concept to launch, thereafter revenue saw a constant increase, whilst costs were effectively managed. I created a water tight Business Operating Manual (BOM,) from the Sales and Service Guide right through to H&S policies, from marketing plans and campaigns to the day to day operation, it was as you may describe, my baby. The BOM, proven robust as it was rolled out to new stores as success saw continuous rapid growth. By Oct 2014 the business was in great shape showing growth across the board with 15 stores and in excess of 50 employees, fully operational, as I handed it over to an established business manager within the group, with each store following the exact plans I had rolled out in the first two stores. The company now has 22 facilities across the UK.
