With over 25 years of elite coaching experience, I have successfully designed and implemented long-term strategies to develop world-class bowlers. I’ve led multidisciplinary teams to enhance player preparation, performance, and recovery, while also contributing to national selection panels and mentoring emerging coaches. My work has involved detailed performance planning, data-driven analysis, and collaboration across various cricketing systems, ensuring both individual and team success. I’m passionate about building sustainable pathways for fast bowlers and driving high-performance standards at every level of the game.During my time as Head Coach of Bangladesh A Team, I led the coaching team and playing squad during tours of the West Indies and India as well as the England Lions and West Indies tour of Bangladesh. I have held positions on Elite Bowling multidisciplinary panels to discuss the current global landscape within cricket with the task of staying at the forefront of coaching and science driven best practices with the aim of identifying and developing future elite fast bowlers that possess attributes to win matches from any situation.Many of the players Stuart worked with are playing franchise tournaments around the world.
