Reporting to the SVP International Finance, the role delivers process change to the volume and value Supply Chain planning processes used by the global markets. Accountable for the definition, deployment and continuous development of the Demand Mgt and Logistics processes, including Inventory Mgt, supply sourcing, sales order processing, warehousing, distribution and shipping.Day to Day management of 5 Demand Managers and 12 Customer Service Executives.Established Multi-market warehouse [£250m+ business with 35 suppliers, servicing 25 countries] in Dubai free-zone including all systems, processes, procedures and fully operational customer services, distribution and logistics teams. Established in market Consensus forecasting process in line with GSK mandates to enable a rolling 24 month forecast and associated net requirements for supply sites, increasing sales forecast accuracy and reducing distributor inventories by 20 and 15% respectively. Developed, set targets and maintained a monthly tracking system for all Supply Chain related KPI's.Member of Senior Management team, responsible for all supply chain reporting.Established and re-defined commercial review and Supply Chain planning forums.
