• Lead all in-house training initiatives;• Develop/update training documentation as required based on the needs of the learners;• Maintain/update the learning management system;• Develop and assist in developing online and in-class training/learning courses;• Work with internal and external partners to ensure training courses meet end users’ needs.• Provide technical support to end users;• Assist in planning, testing, and implementing software application upgrades and rollouts;• Evaluate and make recommendations for line of business applications;• Assist the IT team and practice areas to integrate and modify software as required;• Conduct performance tests on software for quality assurance;• Consult on project teams regarding software functionality;• Remain current with enhancements made to firm business applications; and• Integrate third party tools with applications when needed and provide one-on-one support to users as needed.
