• Performing gap assessment for Data Protection, provide recommendations to address these gaps, worked on current state assessment to understand the Data Protection measures followed at the organization and provide recommendations • Lead POC and Implementation of Netskope CASB, web proxy, Endpoint DLP, email security, recommend and create policies based on various client requirement• Work on Data Privacy Assessment for multiple clients based on GDPR, highlight the risk based on priority.

● Responsible for working on (threat and vulnerability management) looking at TOP 10 infections on a weekly basis, Analysis the infections. ● Prime responsible for updating Symantec Endpoint Protection on virtual machines and investigate Anti-Virus malfunctioning and troubleshooting. Continuous follow up with Server owners, if the SEP client is running on old version to have it upgraded or needs a reboot. Also, for any troubleshooting on to the server if needed.● Modifying editing policies in SEPM whenever needed as per the requirement in the environment. Antivirus Communication Errors – Check if the latest version is reflecting in SEPM else we push it remotely from the console.● Responsible for creating report on how many endpoints are not up to date with the latest virus definition, how many endpoints are not reporting to the SEPM console, how many endpoints are infected with virus. Present this report to the higher management on a monthly basis.

● Worked on Sylink Replacer task – Sylink file is corrupted, client communication issue with server, replace the corrupt sylink file with the latest file ensure that the endpoint is receiving the latest virus definition update. Submit new threat or a suspected threat to security response team and contacting Symantec support for the same if needed.● Responsible for addressing technical issues such as uninstalling and reinstalling Symantec antivirus, looking into the issues why Symantec Antivirus not able to run the live update properly, updating the virtual servers, updating the group policies, expertise in troubleshooting the same● Responsible for creating and modifying the knowledge based and updating the process documents as and when required, Responsible for mentoring the new hires and the existing engineer ● RSA Secure ID – Security Access Management, Creating Policies/Groups/Roles in RSA Authentication Manager, have experience on RSA Authentication Manager 8.1 troubleshooting, Responsible for Operational tasks for RSA Token file upload, Token file maintenance, Token Errors, Reporting requirements, User Access Errors
