Retargeting Use Case Development: Built a system to re-engage users who received Real-Time Offers but didn’t convert. The offer triggers on the 3rd click, or 4th if the 3rd is on an ineligible page. Users who purchase with the coupon won’t see further retargeted offers. Non-purchasers receive the retargeted offer for up to three sessions.Customer-Facing Real-Time Offers Dashboard Development: Developed a dynamic, customer-facing dashboard using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery to display critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Real-Time Offers (RTOs), including session count, conversion count, CVR (Conversion Rate), CVR lift, revenue, RPV (Revenue per Visit), RPV lift, and applied and redemption counts. The dashboard also featured a performance comparison table based on CVR lift, enabling clients to easily assess and differentiate the performance of various RTO types. This self-service dashboard allowed clients to track and analyze RTO performance without the need to log into the Session AI platform, significantly improving efficiency and user experience.Coupon Inventory & Expiry Alert Microservices: Developed two critical microservices: Coupon Inventory Alert and Coupon Expiry Alert, designed to provide timely notifications and proactive alerts. The Coupon Inventory Alert Microservice sends automated email notifications when a specified percentage of coupon inventory is used, with thresholds defined individually for each Real-Time Offer; if no threshold is specified by the customer, a global threshold is applied to trigger the alert. The Coupon Expiry Alert Microservice notifies users via email 14 days before a coupon's expiry date, ensuring they are informed in advance. These microservices enabled clients to effectively manage coupon usage and expiration, optimizing coupon performance and preventing potential inventory or expiry issues.

The script processes a store order file provided by the customer, which contains information on customer visits to products in offline stores. The script then matches the offline store visit data with the corresponding product in the online environment, updating the product’s visit data as part of the Product Velocity use case. This integration ensures a more comprehensive understanding of product engagement across both online and offline channels, improving the accuracy of customer behavior analysis.
