I am thrilled to share my experience as a Data Analytics Intern at IBM, where I specialized in utilizing IBM Cognos tools for data analysis and reporting. My journey began with receiving a letter of confirmation for my selection into the program on April 30, 2024. The comprehensive 6-week summer training, from June 3, 2024, to July 12, 2024, allowed me to deepen my skills in data analysis and reporting.During this period, I worked on a project focused on "Retail Transactions Data Analysis". I mastered creating compelling dashboards, impactful stories, and detailed reports, including list and crosstab formats. Additionally, I learned how to connect reports using the drill-through functionality and employed a variety of visualizations and prompts for enhanced user experience.I am proud to have received a project completion certificate, a declaration certificate, and a Data Fundamentals Badge from IBM, acknowledging my successful completion of the internship project and my foundational skills in data analytics. I successfully completed a 3-month HR internship at Know Merit, an EdTech company, where I gained hands-on experience in various aspects of the HR field. My role primarily focused on hiring and sourcing candidates from various platforms, including Indeed, Internshala, LinkedIn, and Naukri.com.My key responsibilities included thoroughly screening candidate profiles and conducting interviews to assess their suitability based on job requirements. I was primarily involved in hiring teachers for subjects like Mathematics and Coding, as well as recruiting sales and pre-sales candidates. I also took mid-level assessment sessions for the candidates and coordinated further interview rounds with senior HR members.Additionally, I was responsible for preparing offer letters and managing post-hiring procedures until the candidates joined the organization. Throughout this internship, I closely collaborated with the HR manager, ensuring that all necessary outputs and updates were communicated effectively.
