Sue Harris is a Human Resources Administrator at Nord Stream 2 Ag. She possess expertise in contract management, pipelines, gas, procurement, subsea engineering and 22 more skills. Colleagues describe her as "As the former HOIT at NSP2, I had the honour of working together with Sue Harris from the HR department. Sue is an expert in all topics of data protection (GDPR), she has also led numerous projects in the digitalization of work processes and was instrumental in introducing time recording systems and procedures for the enterprise. Sue added valued support in ensuring best-in-breed results for ICS audits and the (re)certification of the ISO 27001 certification, and most importantly, she ensured continual improvement on a technical and procedural level. In a fast-paced and dynamic environment, Sue always found the time to support and advise on many topics for all departments. She is a great communicator and when it comes to procedural documentation or reference writing she is hands down one of the most talented in the industry. Sue works independently, is a problem solver, and leads by example. Perhaps what I remember most from Sue is that when challenged with a new topic she had very little expertise or competence in, it would take very little time and she would be acknowledged for her expertise in that matter! I hope that one day we will be able to work together again and wish her the best for her future."
