I researched, planned, created, and implemented strategic communications and outreach for three federal government agencies (VA, DOD, and DOL). * Conceptualized and wrote communications materials and collateral that reached audiences of up to 800,000 employees, managers, supervisors, senior leadership, and in some cases, the public.* Strategized and planned seven multi-layered communications campaigns to help agencies achieve their strategic objectives.* Ensured consistent positioning and message integration across multimedia product suites. * Tailored messaging to maximize resonance with target audiences and engage stakeholders.

I created and implemented a Directives Program for OPM’s Office of the Chief Information Officer.* Created the process for writing and reviewing directives documents, enabling the agency to fulfill its mission of supporting the federal government's ability to have the best workforce possible to do the best job possible.* Edited, advised authors and reviewers, and issued IT security policy and information management documents, which reached over 4,000 OPM employees.

I played a lead role in creating and implementing an Issuance Program for GSA's Public Buildings Service (PBS).* Wrote program documents to guide the writing and clearance of policy, procedure, standards and guidance created by PBS to achieve its mission of providing superior workplaces for federal agencies.* Conceptualized and created promotional materials and quarterly educational newsletter disseminated to regional offices nationwide.* Oversaw development of innovative website, information architecture, metadata and content.
