Sue delivers people development solutions for a range of clients, using a range of interventions including; one to one coaching, action learning, neuro-linguistic programming, a variety of psychometric and 360 degree feedback tools, often combined with experiential learning. Sue's clients include manufacturing, and commercial organisations, the public sector, consultancies and academic institutions. Her work includes consultancy on strategic change and work force strategy, coaching senior executives, middle and senior management development work, facilitating business meetings and solutions, conducting independent impact evaluation and market research and facilitating senior team development. Sue teaches at postgraduate level in the field of Leadership and Organisational Change. Sue holds an MA in Management Learning from Lancaster University.
