The Vernon Jubilee Hospital Physician Society is a non-profit association of physicians working with the B.C. Interior Health Authority, BC’s Ministry of Health, Doctors of BC and the public to improve patient care. I supported the work of the VJHPS Board with project management and communications.

Input invoices into SAGE300 accounting system, prepared batches and print cheques, reviewed expense claims, reconciled credit card receipts and payments, communicated with suppliers on invoicing issues, recommended and implemented process improvements, investigated and resolved tax discrepancies, and responded to customer requests quickly and effectively. Tracked winery sales, wine warehouse inventory across province, processed orders for agencies and restaurants, maintained vendor relationships, and worked closely with proprietors and Tasting Room staff to develop sales events.

Contributed to the mission of the Wharton School's Alternative Investments Initiative (AII) through marketing and communications strategies, designing and organizing conferences, developing web content and social media strategies, and collaboration on fundraising initiatives with Wharton External Affairs and Wharton student clubs.
