The remodel included transforming the store from the conventional rectangle floor design to an edgy 45 degree floor plan-and together with my team learned how to work best with customers and how to manage and merchandise during the remodel.Once completed, the new design required that we work one on one with our customers to keep them coming back, demonstrating customer service skills that far exceeded those of any other store in the city.
