Joined Deutsche Bank as Transition Manager. My core deliverables here were to manage the transitions team (5fte) apart from looking into escalations and core people management in the team, the responsibilities include special and high critical project planning, project scoping, project mapping creating Sol ID and HRF ID, seeking approval from the management on budget & head count transfers, ensuring coverage on regulatory approvals and seeking them afresh, where ever necessary, keeping tab on the hiring process in collaboration with the ops business verticals and HR. Identification of critical path for the project, ensuring timely deployment of Infra for the resources, closing requirements with other work streams like BCM, Risk, Legal, Compliance etc and thereby running the projects from a Transition / Project management perspective ensuring seamless and time bound transition project closure for the business lines assigned to me. KPIs for the role are timeliness, quick decision making, ensuring coverage on all the risk, regulatory and compliance aspects and ensuring compliance to international / country specific rules, procedures and guidelines.

Joined the organization as Team Leader Operations for the Loan Servicing. Because of my previous exposure to Corporate Loans I was entrusted upon to manage the remote transition for the said process and once it was done I was responsible for the maintenance of the process. Again in the 2nd phase I was requested to travel to the US to work on the planning and movement of the 2nd phase of the Migrations which I did, and completed the 2nd phase too successfully. I was promoted to the position of Assistant Manager. Thereafter and went on to takeover and manage the later 3 processes mentioned above. My core deliverables here were, to successfully handle and manage all three teams rolling up to me along with 37 associates and the respective 3 FLMs included in them, to ensure smooth stabilization and functioning of all the 3 sub processes, and ensure Client Satisfaction. KPIs for the processes are TAT and Accuracy of deliverables, basis seamless planning to ensure cost avoidance.

Joined ABN Amro Bank as a Team Leader for the BUNL F&S Process. Initially my core responsibility was to travel to the offshore location and successfully handle the Pilot Transition project for 2 business sub processes (Address Change & Internet Banking) from Amsterdam (The Netherlands) to India. These were the first & flagship businesses in the pipeline to be out sourced to India.Post stabilization of the former had undertaken migration of 2 more sub processes namely Account Maintenance and Account Closure. Strict TAT and Accuracy are the prime KPIs’ of both the business processes.

Had joined the organization as Process Associate but was later promoted to Process Developer and have worked in multiple processes in various roles. This Includes travelling to the US on J1 Visa for approximately a year to work on migrating a process to India.
