Identification & find solutions for Risks, Pain Areas & Safety Dilemmas. Implementation of ECAUP - Elimination of Commonly Accepted Unsafe Practices.Reduction in cycle time for incoming vehicles (VIVO) – Vehicle in Vehicle out.Responsible Corporate Citizenship:Nominated as Locational Ethics Counsellor for LSCM including CL’s.Responsible for team building along with learning & development both for dept & outsourced partner. Focus on Downstream / Value addition:Inventory planning & discussion on market situation with RM Sourcing team along with Rail & Road movement of cargo. Railway Siding Operations. Coordination with Coke Ovens & compliance to coal / coke transportation to Coke Ovens.Close coordination with all internal customers to understand the need & expectations.
