I am dedicated to developing and implementing strategies that effectively engage stakeholders and members in the APAC region. My role involves overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of all HIMSS events, including conferences, seminars, and webinars.I lead the conceptualization and execution of various initiatives designed to enhance stakeholder engagement and promote the adoption of HIMSS Professional Development products throughout the region.A critical aspect of my responsibilities is building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including members, partners, sponsors, and vendors. Additionally, I manage HIMSS Chapters and Communities across the APAC region, ensuring their smooth operation and active participation.Furthermore, I hold the P&L responsibilities for the APAC annual regional conference, professional development programs, and membership, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of these key initiatives. My goal is to drive growth and engagement in the digital health sector across the APAC region, contributing to the broader mission of HIMSS.

The Singapore Nurses Association’s main objective is to work towards recognising and enhancing the professional contributions of Nurses.In this role, I Ied the association’s efforts in marketing, sales, membership engagement and growth, partnerships and all other activities and efforts to ensure long-term organisational growth, and to develop and promote Nursing as a profession.A core aspect of this role required the management of all staff, development and execution of engagement plans and forming strategic partnerships to ensure long-term stability and growth of the association. This role requires me to work closely, and build collaborative and strategic partnerships, with both Government (such as Ministries, Statutory Boards and their subsidiaries) and non-Government organizations (such as professional bodies and associations) to raise the profile of nursing in Singapore, as well as to facilitate and support the contributions of nurses to improve and enhance the health of the population.In addition, the role also includes the management of Nurses Learning Hub Pte Ltd, a private education provider, that runs the Bachelor of Nursing programme, with LaTrobe University, in Singapore.

The Health Promotion Board (HPB) is a government organisation committed to promoting healthy living in Singapore. HPB is a credible and authoritative source of evidence-based health information that seeks to empower the Singapore public with knowledge and skills to take ownership of their health and live a healthy lifestyle. In turn, HPB is guided by evidence-based health knowledge to formulate and implement health policies and programmes that will improve the nation’s health.In this role, I worked collaboratively with a cross-organisational team to create, implement and manage integrated corporate communications programmes by developing proactive media strategies which included pitching, facilitating requests, generating press releases, FAQs and anticipated QnAs from the Media.I worked on streamlining procedures and managed escalated Quality Service Management (QSM) cases (Issues/Crisis Management). In this role I was required to work closely with Upper Management, manage external Agencies/Vendors.

Transitlink plays an important role in Singapore’s public transport system by being the middleman between commuters, and all the other parts that help to make it world-class. The latter are made up of regulators, public transport operators and card issuers.In this role, I led a team that developed and executed both External and Digital Communications strategy in order to market the organization's products and services, and to ensure that the brand was not misrepresented. This included Crisis/Issues Management and managing the Quality Service Management (QSM) team.I also developed Internal Communications Strategy, in order to reach out to staff which were not at our HQ, but based at the Ticket Offices around the country, and to foster corporate belonging.This role required me to work very closely with Upper Management, Creative and Operational teams/agencies and Government Organizations.

The Singapore Police Force (SPF) is a uniformed organisation under the purview of the Ministry of Home Affairs. The mission of the SPF is to prevent, deter and detect crime to ensure the safety and security of Singapore. This is done through its focus on the 5 broad areas of Police work - Frontline Policing, Counter and E-services, Investigation, Community Engagement and Public Security & Order.In this role, I performed frontline policing duties (including patrols and investigation) and developed close working relationships with Grassroot Organisations and Members of the Community.I took on secondary appointments as a Para-Counselor for my Division and Career Counselor for prospective recruits for the Singapore Police Force.
