Collaborated to build out the cash strategy to increase daily trading from $100M to $750M; developed the reconciliation process to align with trading, compliance, and accounting. Monitor trading activity and work with counterparties to ensure settlement and create end-of-day reports. Manage Bloomberg setup of brokers, compliance rules, and settlement instructions.

I also spend a lot of my time supporting and working on projects with the Ameriprise Certificate Products. Most recently with the launch of 8 new products with new unique tax implications to clients.I analyzed and implemented new procedures and processes. Completed prior to launch and trained 5 team members. Researched 150 reports and created a database to find the potential impact to 10K clients who may have been impacted adversely by a system change to aid compliance and provide a better client experience.

Larger emphasis on project work along with the daily reconciliation of 175 mutual funds to ensure all shareholders accounts are accurate for both shares and dividends, researching and correcting any discrepancies prior to daily deadlines. Built and maintain an Access database of over one million transactions. Worked with the product group to establish monthly reporting needs. Created multiple queries and macros to produce monthly reports and validate against known outliers. Worked with key personnel across the company to document and understand the money movement, from the client to the traders for the Ameriprise Certificate Product. Collected the information and created the report that was presented to the Certificate Company Board of Directors in response to the question they posed; the document was accepted without questions.
