Being a part of process implementation team I have good exposure in day-to-day operations of benefits administration services (Billing, Payroll Deduction and managing Enrolment & Eligibility Management System). Have good knowledge of various employee benefit plans (Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life, STD, LTD, FSA, HSA etc) and have dealt with complex benefits related calculations.Currently working in system configuration team. My responsibility includes analysing the requirements based upon the design guide sent by the client, configuring and maintaining the system for the client’s team/ HR. Other activities are: handling employee demographic data, employee benefits enrolment, data audits, and employee experience testing (manual testing). Have experience working in extreme peak season of Open Enrolment and on multiple clients at a time.Highly involved in continual evaluation of processes and procedures and have contributed ideas for improvement of the system, operations, efficiency and service to both internal teams and customers.
