CurrentAs Project Facilitator at 91social, I direct and lead the company’s operations and give strategic guidance to ensure that the company achieves its mission and objectives.• Provide support to company operations and help in building towards the vision.• Represent 91social brand to customers, stakeholders, authorities, and employees within or outside the organization.• Fulfill the role of a project manager, and L&D expert for ongoing projects and IT operations & solutions and optimize activities for resources working with multiple clients.• Direct and guide the work and resources of the company and ensure the recruitment and retention of the required numbers and types of well-motivated, trained, and developed staff to ensure that it achieves its mission and objectives.• Develop and maintain an innovative culture to ensure that the company remains at the forefront of the industry & provides leading-edge services and retains its competitive edge.Develop and maintain an innovative culture to ensure that the company remains at the forefront of the industry & provides leading-edge services and retains its competitive edge.● Drive initiatives for best practices, performance management, employee engagement, and talent management programs.● Prepare contracts and amendments from approved templates to manage the project lifecycle, including updating and reconciling project budgets with finance and service delivery teams.● Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement proposal strategies.● Strong understanding of the contract management and proposal development process● Collaborate with Technical Program Managers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists, and work withvarious stakeholders. Knowledge of IT and Non-IT sourcing organization and working market knowledge (e.g., keyvendors, services, procurement and technology trends)
