Joined the CG Group and initially was CFO for CG Foods India Pvt. Ltd. to lead the Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial function for the FMCG business of India and International. Thereafter headed three SBUs, (Reality, EPC and Hydropower) of the group. For the year 2020 and 2021, headed the Finance function for the Cement business of the group, which mainly includes a 3900 TPD Clinkerisation plant and a 0.7MT per Annum grinding unit.

Worked on multiple projects including designing and implementing Growth Strategies for Companies, Supporting Fund raising, Transition of Back Office accounting of a Global Telecom player to a KPO, Advisory services for enhancement of Internal Controls and development of processes, GST Implementation, managed consolidation of a group of companies.

Be an active partner to support the Financial Planning and Analysis team and also to help in the leveraging of the ERP.Work towards creating the necessary tax strategy for the group and lead all the Taxation initiatives including the upcoming Transfer pricing arrangements to be set up apart from leading the taxation function.Responsible for the Taxation function of the business.Support and be an active partner in the Legal and Secretarial function.Support the Treasury function in mobilisation of Debts and funds and also liaise with the Banks for the appropriate management of Cash Management Services.Leading the new ERP implementation in the organisation.Work on Cost management, particularly in identifying and supporting the different Cost reduction initiatives. Work towards Operations expense management with continuous working with the FP&A team.

Worked as a Head of Finance for Beam Global India a 100% Subsidiary of Beam Inc., the World's 4th Largest Spirits Company. The main role being to conceptualise and implement the Strategies along with the core management team of the Indian Entity. In my 7 years with the Company, we grew the Top line by over 5 times and grew the PAT by nearly 10 times. Built and Finance and Business Strategy and acted as a Business partner.Built and led a team of professionals to manage the Finance and Accounts function.Led the creation of Internal Controls Framework and continuous improvements in the same including Improvement in the Compliances.Was responsible for the closure of Financials and reporting of the same as per both Indian and US GAAP.Led the Management accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis team to support both the Indian management and Global team requirements. Managed the Direct and Indirect Taxation team and built the necessary Taxation Strategy with the help of the Global teams, specifically with regards to Transfer pricing and Customs.Treasury, Banking and Cash flow planning and management.Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial planning for both short, medium and long term.

Joined with the responsibility of Manufacturing accounts in RFCL a subsidiary of Ranbaxy. Thereafter started to look at the complete Finance and Accounts function of RFCL. In the last year was responsible for the MIS fuction of Allied Businesses of Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd along with looking at the Finance and Accounts function of RFCL.
