Project Title: Design & Fabrication of an Electric All-Terrain Vehicle for BAJA SAE INDIA 2020 (Parabellum Racing)- SAE e-BAJA 2020 event.Project Details & Achievements:• Designed a 3D-modeled Wheel assembly via simulations for optimal Contact, Control & Comfort (3Cs)• Spearheaded a team of 5 for the design and fabrication of a vehicle suspension on Solid Works & Ansys.• Developed GTM Strategy & assessed feasibility for e-buggy; Presented to Mahindra Senior Leadership• Raised INR 1.55L through crowdfunding, 1L from sponsorship & organised 3 exhibitions & 2 workshops• Reduced weight by 15%, increased traction efficiency by 20% with customised wheel assembly & H-arms• Team secured an AIR 10 in the virtual round of SAE INDIA e-BAJA 2020.

Project Title: Design & Fabrication of a 3-wheeler Solar Vehicle for SUVC 2019 (Solaracers NITB)Project Details & Achievements:• Spearheaded team of 5 to design, and fabricate suspension system for traction control; invested 400+ hrs• Negotiated with 15 sponsors, raised Rs.50K funding within 30 days; managed project budget of INR3L+• National Winner (Overall Championship Award in SUVC 2019) (70k), Best Design & Marketing Award, Build Quality, Safest Vehicle Award and Best Business Plan Award (20K),• Triumphed 1st/40 teams, Design Round winner for exemplary 3D Modelling, DFMEA of solar vehicle.
