I managed the design and development process for multiple global brands, including JJILL, Talbots, Chico’s, J.Crew, MADEWELL, and Sundance. My responsibilities included developing seasonal collections, maintaining strict adherence to brand aesthetics, and streamlining the design-to-production workflow. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, meet tight deadlines, and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Led the design of collections for the international brand Urban Outfitters Inc., including sub-brands like Anthropologie, BHLDN, Free People, and designer collaborations such as J.Crew.- Designed and developed samples and swatches for both buyers and in-house labels.- Created CADs based on buyer specifications, including silhouettes and technical details.- Managed public relations and brand presence on Facebook and Instagram.- Collaborated on creative photoshoots to align with seasonal trends and campaigns.- Designed “prêt-à-porter”and “haute couture” collections for the label.

Responsibilities:- Designed and developed a fashion collection for the **Wills Fashion Week 2014**, with the theme **"Malhar"**.- Managed the entire creative process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring the collection aligned with the event’s vision and theme.- Collaborated with stylists, and production teams to deliver a cohesive and impactful presentation at the show.

Responsibilities:- Participated in the **Bridal Asia Exhibition** at **Ashoka Hotel, New Delhi (October 2012)**, showcasing a collection designed for the bridal market.- Exhibited at the **Sahachari Foundation DESIGN ONE** at **Lodhi Hotel, New Delhi (February 2013)** and **Mahalakshmi Race Course, Mumbai (March 2013)**, presenting exclusive designs to a high-profile audience.- Developed and showcased a collection themed **"Raat Ki Rani"** for the **Wills Fashion Week (Autumn Winter 2013)**.- Designed a collection centered on the theme **"Bibi"** for the **Wills Fashion Week (Autumn Winter 2014)**.
