Installation and Configuration of Virtual Machines in Azure via templates. Responsible for the Installation and Maintenance of existing setup / Servers and optimization Setup Azure Virtual Appliances (VMs) to meet security requirements as software-based appliance functions (firewall, WAN optimization and intrusion detections). Troubleshoot and identify performance, connectivity and other issues for the applications hosted in Azure platform Remote administration of servers for any issues related to Microsoft Windows operating system and working with Microsoft Support when required.  Troubleshooting on Azure backup failure issues. Configuring Backup and create/mange the backup policy. Proven ability to analyze problems, root causes, and develops innovative solutions to business challenges and streamlining operations. Generate the weekly report of Snapshot, VM inventory and heartbeat replication Diagnose the cause of the problem and correct the problem by coordinating with third party vendor.

 Building and Installing servers through Azure Resource Manager Templates or Azure Portal Managed IP Forwarding for VMs and role instances acting as virtual appliances. Working on MS Azure, involved in configuring virtual machines, storage accounts, Resource group Gather, review, and validate network requirements, VNETs, and network security groups Installation of OS and software’s, installation, and up-gradation of Drivers & firmware’s, coordinated with onsite team and execute changes, building servers & decommission of servers, assisting in patching servers Convert existing Virtual Machine from Standard to Premium Storage Account. Patching and Validating of Virtual Machine in Azure. Configure automation account for managing vm automate tasks against resources in Azure Creating Storage Pool and Stripping of Disk for Azure Virtual Machines. Backup Configure and Restore Azure Virtual Machine using Azure Backup. Serve as a primary point responsible for the overall health, performance, and capacity of the deployed  Improve system performance, application delivery and efficiency through automation, process refinement, postmortem reviews, and in-depth configuration analysis Working on incidents that come in for following issues: DNS, Space Issues, IIS, Access, DFS, File System, Host unreachable issue, installation errors, Paging, Backup failure, Windows Service Monitor Azure Infrastructure through System Center Operation Manager (SCOM) Coordinating with Microsoft for increasing subscription limit like- Core limit and Cloud Services. Handling and Resolving Client's Issues remotely. Configured BGP routes to enable ExpressRoute connections between on premise data centres and Azure cloud. Group policy, AD replication, software & Application installation errors, BSOD and recovery

Successfully provided technical support to Microsoft Gold/Certified Partners using Microsoft Server 2008 R2/2008/2003. In this support function, clients are medium to large IT firms or Consultancies themselves who in turn provide IT related services to their own customers. They call Microsoft Commercial Technical Support for specialist help regarding a particular issue for which a Support Ticket is created as per severity level. These are mostly Mission Critical cases and involve 24/7 support requirement until the issue is resolved.
