Lead team responsible for Inbound Operations from domestic ports to Nike's DC network. Manage relationships with domestic LTL, TL, and IM carriers to leverage capacity, rate, and equipment constraints. Work with the analytics teams to create KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility to data for insights purposes. Partner with DC Operations teams to support customer and carrier needs, while pushing the supply chain toward better and faster direct-to-consumer shipping.

Responsible for management of International and Domestic claims for Nike's DCs and Retail Stores. Negotiated settlements and established contract terms. Successfully recouped $1M+ annually from carriers.

Responsible for hiring, training, and payroll of terminal employees. Created budget for repairs and shop materials. Managed flow of work throughout the terminal.
