Conducted literature reviews and studies, based on previous United Nations experience, on assistive technology and how they met the needs of employees in international organizations. Utilized the sociotechnical system approach to analyze the complex interactions between employees and workplace technology. Addressed the gap in research regarding accessible resources and their integration with enterprise resource planning systems, such as Oracle and Workday.

Aided over 15 events and over 200 students weekly, ensuring quality customer service and smooth event operations. Coordinated furniture set up and tear down for events, operated audio-visual equipment for events and conferences, and troubleshooted technical problems. Enforced building policies to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all students and visitors.

Researched assistive technology for employees with physical, auditory, cognitive, and visual impairments in the UN. Investigated adequate support for reasonable accommodation emphasizing affordability, global availability, portability, and ease. Analyzed enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, specifically how assistive technologies interact and support ERP software. Identified a list of over 18 assistive technologies for management by interviewing employees in key organizations, such as WHO, UNICEF, and Ruh Global Impact.
