Doctor Coordinator
Current• Communicate with patients and doctors on a daily basis through phones, emails, and other communication apps, both domestically and internationally.• Scheduling and coordinating all patients testing/examinations, IVF Procedure, and treatment plans and protocols, and other onsite visits.• Provide instant communication and responses to any inquiries between doctors and patients.• Scheduling and coordinating meetings and consultations between doctors and patients. • Providing professional explanations and translation to both doctors and patients to ensure no misunderstanding between them.• Maintain and update all patient chart information, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy.• Provide financial consultation.• Always maintain strict doctor/patient confidentiality.• Schedule embryo implant and transport schedule with various department and external labs.• Establishing workflow and collaboration process with new vendors and external sperm banks.• Adhere to all agency standard requirement, including FDA.• Participated in promoting services by introducing medical projects and offerings to patients.• Assisted in formulating marketing strategies to enhance the hospital's visibility and reputation.
