Lead Global Talent Acquisition for Facility & Asset Lifecycle Group at three Fortive Software Companies: Accruent, Gordian, and Service Channel.* Manage high-performing global recruiting team supporting three Fortive software companies- Accruent, Service Channel, and Gordian- across LATAM, North America, EMEA, and APAC. Coach and inspire recruiters across functions including engineering, product, sales, marketing, IT, Tech Ops, Security, and G & A.* Merge three previously disparate teams by integrating processes, and streamlining recruiting KPIs, SLAs, and Standard Work across the three Operating Companies with a target Time to Fill of under 45 days for all roles.* Create visual management via Power BI dashboards for each company to track trends in KPIs and share with executives. Across the three companies, my team of nine recruiters filled 454 roles in 2023 during my tenure as Director of Global Talent Acquisition with an average Time to Fill of 35 days globally.* Work with executives across three companies on workforce planning, creating company-specific plans to prioritize and staff all high-need roles.* Prioritize innovation and process improvement by automating offer letters, dashboards, and weekly reports.* Implement a recruiter NPS survey to track hiring manager satisfaction across all three companies.* Evaluate recruiters using key KPIs including but not limited to: time to fill, time to hire, diverse candidate slate, diverse interview panel, offer acceptance, and other hiring metrics.* Empower diverse team of recruiters to utilize LinkedIn Insights and track req-specific data to improve decision making and overcome recruitment roadblocks. Work closely with executives to identify trends and blockers in hiring for key roles and create solutions to address challenges.* Awarded Accruent Acheiver's Club Award for my performance in 2023.
