I was recently promoted from the Director of Global Talent Acquisition across three global software companies within the Fortive portfolio (Accruent, Gordian, and Service Channel) to a Manager of Americas Talent Acquisition position overseeing recruitment across Fortive's 17 Operating Companies in North and South America. My team specializes in Product, Digital, and Commercial hiring across the Fortive enterprise. As part of the new centralized HR team at Fortive, my team is tasked with training hiring managers across companies in our new ways of working, which include using market data and insights to drive decision making, and adhering to expectations detailed in our recruiter SLA.I lead a metrics-driven, results-oriented team of recruiting professions who are constantly working to improve our processes and practices. We focus heavily on giving both our internal and external customers the best experience possible as we help staff our organization with the best talent we can find. I know that recruitment is one of the most important roles in any organization, and my passion to increase the effectiveness of my organization by hiring top talent drives my work every day.
