Lead Global Talent Acquisition for Facility & Asset Lifecycle Group at three Fortive Software Companies: Accruent, Gordian, and Service Channel.* Manage high-performing global recruiting team supporting three Fortive software companies- Accruent, Service Channel, and Gordian- across LATAM, North America, EMEA, and APAC. Coach and inspire recruiters across functions including engineering, product, sales, marketing, IT, Tech Ops, Security, and G & A.* Merge three previously disparate teams by integrating processes, and streamlining recruiting KPIs, SLAs, and Standard Work across the three Operating Companies with a target Time to Fill of under 45 days for all roles.* Create visual management via Power BI dashboards for each company to track trends in KPIs and share with executives. Across the three companies, my team of nine recruiters filled 454 roles in 2023 during my tenure as Director of Global Talent Acquisition with an average Time to Fill of 35 days globally.* Work with executives across three companies on workforce planning, creating company-specific plans to prioritize and staff all high-need roles.* Prioritize innovation and process improvement by automating offer letters, dashboards, and weekly reports.* Implement a recruiter NPS survey to track hiring manager satisfaction across all three companies.* Evaluate recruiters using key KPIs including but not limited to: time to fill, time to hire, diverse candidate slate, diverse interview panel, offer acceptance, and other hiring metrics.* Empower diverse team of recruiters to utilize LinkedIn Insights and track req-specific data to improve decision making and overcome recruitment roadblocks. Manage Accruent's Global Talent Acquisition Team of recruiters based in U.S., Brazil, Europe, and India. Design and execute vision for global hiring at Accruent including managing the global budget, allocating headcount appropriately, and establishing common KPIs and SLAs that are consistent for hiring managers across all Accruent office locations. I scaled hiring by 47% between 2020 and 2021, and we are on track to hire at a similar volume in 2022 despite challenging marketing conditions., but with an increase in number of reqs filled with a diverse candidates late in final interviews.2021 highlights include:• 358 hires globally with an average Time to Fill of 44 days. • Installed robust visual management for key metrics globally including TTF, diverse slates, and offer declines by region and recruiter• Ensured >75% of all reqs have a diverse candidate slate in final team interviews. • Implemented weekly aging req calls for reach org to discuss roadblocks and countermeasures in hiring process• Created L-1 scorecard in partnership with Senior HR Director for quick snapshot of TTF, Diversity of Org, and Internal Fill Rate month over month for each L1 leader
