My scientific research interests revolve around the design of combinatorial therapy for tumor diagnostic and prognosis using various bioinformatic techniques and biostatistics pipelines. I have a deep understanding of cancer diseases, encompassing multiple signaling pathways and the involvement of the immune system at various stages of cancer. My academic and research experiences have equipped me with a robust background in computational biology, immunoinformatic, cheminformatics, drug designing, drug discovery, proteomic studies, genetics, and molecular biology. Under the guidance of Dr. Asmita Das, I gained expertise in machine learning models, network biology, transcriptional regulation of disease progression, docking, and MD simulation. During my doctoral training, I authored several publications in major peer-reviewed journals, including the identification of immunological biomarkers in Head and Neck Cancer and the design of a cocktail of natural compounds for their treatment. Furthermore, I am working on identifying diagnostic biomarkers for early detection of breast cancer from blood samples using machine learning and explainable artificial intelligence.
