• Procurement of Project material (Direct & indirect) as per Cus-tomer.• Monitoring receipt as per schedule.• Process audit in coordination with S.Q.A. to resolve quality problems at vendor end if required with the help of Process Engineering.• Evolution of Vendor Performance month wise.• To ensure pick up, connection and custom clearance of all the shipments within time to avoid material crises and ensure on time delivery• To arrange for DEPB license required to debit customs duty.

• Procurement of Direct & Indirect material as per production plan.• Sending enquir-ies to Domestic &Overseas suppli-ers after feasibility study.• Rate Negotia-tion with Import & Domestic supplier for Steel, Alumi-num & other finish goods with refer-ence to LME.• Implementation of FIFO at store.• Interaction with Import & Domestic supplier day to day basis.• Releasing New Supplier in EL-RING KLINGER GLOBAL POR-TAL.• Contribute to implementation of RENO-ASES System.• Responsible for resolving quality & payment related issue for suppliers.• Monitoring receipt as per schedule.
