About• Overall co-ordination for Warehouse material Distribution and Dispatch planning• Perform and supervise all necessary works to run the depot effectively and efficiently• Responsible for overall distribution, logistics, transportation, store management systems.• Able to use computer packages to monitor stock levels, order and re-order of goods when necessary, and track the movement of goods/vehicle.• Distribute material as per sales order, and receive incoming materials as per challan.warehouse like material Receipt, Stock Transfer to Depot and Dispatch. Billing of materials with proper Document, Create the sales order, Order place to Plant as per Requirement & Transportation Arrangement, Order tacking, Shipment tracking etc. Packing and Dispatch related work like Delivery creation, Packing List, Picking List, Packaging works order and invoices. Send the mail to credit management team for release credit check with the approval of sales head , Material Distribution planning – As par FIFO basis material allocate to oldest order. Ensuring the availability of material at depots as norms. -Tracking of dispatches against orders, proper system entries and follow-ups with Sales team /dealer to unload vehicle and, coordinate with sales team for get maximum dispatch clearance from Depot. invoicing & GRN , sales return , coordinate with Agent and plant for material received and dispatch from depot , Coordinate with sales team to ensure fast dispatch of ageing stocks par FIFO, inventory control, physical inventory, Review overall planning of materials on a regular basis to ensure that inventory is managed in a optimum manner Coordination with CFA’s regarding Handling Operation, loading, unloading etc. Identify the Slow moving & Non moving item Coordination with suppliers and transporters for vehicle place on time so we can dispatch the material on time Cross check Depot, Godown rent ,Transporter Bill & forward Bill to Account Department for make the payment System improvement on continual basis by adopting the latest techniques of material handling as like brocading ET. Follow-up with transporter for material delivered on time at customer end handling day to day logistics operation Shipment tracking every day if any shipment is delay than follow-up with transporter. Send the Everyday stock report, stock in-transit report and sale report to HO and sales team. I am aware with SAP for warehouse, SD & MM module and also i am working with same module & Excel.
