Carry out inspection of API products, BOPs, Manifolds and prepare necessary stage inspection reports as per shop route cards & procedures.2. Witness pressure tests and carried out Third Party Inspection on the required products as per ITP. 3. Be responsible for the Receiving inspection, Dimension inspection,/hardness testing and final inspection4. Performing NDE (MPI & PT ) as per required specification(PSL2,3 & 3G) before Assembly 5. Checking Total acid point, Titration & phosphate thickness in Magnesium phosphate6. Raise Non-Conformance Reports (Internal & Supplier) for the discrepant items at each stage of inspection7. Giving corrective actions and preventive actions for the rejected components.

Carryout inspection duties across all areas of the manufacturing activities.4. Identify and report Non Conformances as per Company procedure.5. Complete inspection and distributes of all quality records and documents to ensure 100% traceability Inspection of valves.6. Perform inspections such as dimensional, material, magnetic particle testing, dye penetrate testing, hardness testing, etc.7. Preparing and providing the inspection reports to QC manager immediately after the completion activity.
