➢ Supervision of all HSE activities including the day-to-day administration of the safety program on behalf of company management➢ Lead role to ensure the Contractor and Subcontractor personnel are adhering to the approved project HSE plans and procedures➢ Support role in the Contractor's understanding and the implementation of the culture through daily interaction with the Contractor's workforce➢ Lead role to actively participate and have a highly visible role in the Contractor and Sub-contractors' Safety meetings, promotions, etc.➢ Lead role to impart previous heavy engineering HSE experience to the Contractor and Subcontractors' HSE and construction personnel➢ Support role in keeping the site team informed of HSE issues through weekly toolbox talks, alerts, etc.➢ Support role in the effort to continuously improve on HSE induction material and to propose learning into the site team's HSE MS➢ Support role to ensure site team HSE coverage of the work activities,➢ Support the site team HSE audits of the contractor and subcontractors including external and report results➢ Support role to investigate all site team and Contractor incident investigations and near miss reports➢ Support role to provide all site team members and visitors with induction into the HSE POLICY➢ Support role to ensure the Contractor and its subcontractors hazard and effects management processes are maintained throughout the project duration➢ Support role to utilize the experience of the site team to enable the Contractor and its Subcontractors to succeed in achieving the project HSE goals➢ Support the site team management to develop HSE Recognition and Reward programs and advice on best practices➢ To give tool box talk to the worker in safety ➢ To promote and maintain high safety standard. ➢ Supervising the procurement and distribution of PPE. ➢ To promote and maintain high safety standard. ➢ To enforce the proper use and care of PPE.
