I have a experience in Fabrication division of Steelcraft Pre Engineered Metal Buildings and Heavy structural & Bridge GirdersResponsibilities :-(Shop floor problem solving with handling)• In-process inspection in various stages.• Inspection of stage wise final product according to the sequence of operations during fabrication (Built-up, Fittup, Final welding & Visual inspection).• To check the dimensional QC and physical appearance (as per drawing) of the completed product.• Inspection of incoming raw material as per (MTC) • Review of calibration certificate of measuring instruments• To carry out overall and stage wise inspection of welded joints various types of welding processes like (GMAW - MIG/MAG, SMAW, FCAW, SAW).• Inspection of various types of welding defects and perform Non - Destructive Testing by the help of LPT process and DP Test.• Inspection of paint coating by the test WFT or DFT & Adhesion Test.• Pre - Dispatch Inspection (PDI) FG material before dispatch• To control prepare and maintain various quality dacuments and checklists like - Rework record, RM inspection, PDI record etc.• Handling Customers complains and provide CAPA
