During my training days at Kanodia Technoplast Limited I was given a responsibility of installation of different machines related to Packaging Industry and their utility requirements which were:1) Rotogravure Printing (Cerutti)2) Solventless & Solventbase Lamination (Nordmeccanica)3) Solventbase Lamination (Comexi)4) Slitting (Pelican & Ultraflex)5) Inspection Machine (Ultraflex)6) CPP (W&H)7) Water Cooled Chillers (Flamingo)8) Air Compressor (Sullair)9) Thermic Fluid Heater (Isotex)which I completed successfully and for my performance the management happily awarded me with a new responsibility of Executive (Technical) in Maintenance Department where I handle Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown Maintenance of Machines and make sure they run on their full efficiencies and minimal production cost. These Machines Include:1) CPP (Reifenhauser, W&H)2) BFL (W&H)3) Rotogravure Printing (Cerutti)4) Extrusion Lamination (ETS)5) Holography (Diavy)6) Lamination Machine (Nordmeccanica, Comexi)7) Slitting (JKampf, Pelican, Ultraflex)8) Inspection Machine (Ultraflex)9) Centrifugal Pumps10) Air Compressor (Sullair, IR)11) Thermic Fluid Heater (Isotex)12) Water Colled Chiller (Flamingo)During my Summer Intern at Tata Steel Limited, Jamshedpur our team introduced a solution which was able to increase the availability of "Barrel Reclaimer" which is used for bedding and blending of Raw Materials. Later, this solution was implemented which reduces production time and production cost.
