Visenti Pte Ltd is a clean-tech spin-off from highly innovative and successful research at the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART).Visenti focused on delivering all components of an integrated, end-to-end, real-time monitoring platform to support utility companies globally in monitoring their infrastructure and optimizing their operations.Visenti was acquired in October 2016 by Xylem Inc, a NYSE-listed leading global water technology company, operating in more than 150 countries and generating $3.65 billion revenue in FY2015.- Part of the startup team acquired by parent company Xylem- Developed leak detection algorithms, part of the LeakView platform, for water pipes using pressure, flow, turbidity and acoustic data using Java and Python- Built highly optimized leak detection algorithms to work on real-time large-scale data and handle database and server resources efficiently- Built user driven detection algorithms on different water parameters such as pH, conductivity, orp to work on real-time large-scale data- Handled the full SDLC including support, for the detection algorithms for 3 clients from 3 different geographic locations- Fine-tuned the algorithm parameters per client to achieve better leak detection results- Built REST APIs for the web application that manages the water sensors, part of the View platform- Built REST APIs for the mobile version of the Web Application to handle requests efficiently and give lighter results to accommodate the memory constraints, also part of the View platform- Built scripts for Hydraulic Engineers to clean INP files and process them as per their needs- Built scripts to import daily water-related readings for Singapore to a centralised database

Security Business Group- Worked on the development of management console for Cisco FireSight Management center for Next Generation Firewall (NGFW). The role involves development using GWT/GXT for front end and core Java and Perl for Backend.- Designed and developed the High Availability management feature end-to-end for the web application that manages Cisco firewalls.- Led the complete SDLC for the feature development- Led the efforts for regression testing and fixing defects across other features that were affected by the new feature in current and next release
