Worked as Technical/ Project Lead who is leading the team of 10+ resources and getting deliverables deliver within deadline. Here agile based methodologies are used and we used to have daily scrum meeting with the client. My main role is managing the client interaction and get the scope of the work define in to the jira and then as per the req assign the resources to that work and get it develop within it's deadlines. Also prepare the reports which will highlight the velocity of the week or months so it will give more clear idea where we are and how we are moving ahead. Before starting development get involve with the qa and review the AIO test cases written by qa which will highlight the exact scope of the work that need to be develop or fix. Once developers done with the dev get the qa done for it and then give that one to client for product review. Once it's review and if no additional changes are req get the PR done and do the code review for the same finally submit it to the DevOps team for further process. Also I am actively involve in Sprint retrospective and Backlog meeting where we used to have overall discussion related to scope of the work as well as what went well, what can be improve and what we need to do continuously. Making sure team is occupied with the tasks and for every help get involve with them.
