- Reaching out to the business for requirements both in terms of numbers and job descriptions
- General screening of the candidate's profile, short‐listing them for the interviews
- Sourcing CVs through Job Portals, Social Network, Referrals and Vendor support
- Posting new requirements in various job portals like Naukri and Monster
- Scheduling the interviews for candidates with technical panel. Being the main point of contact for all recruitment related activities
