Checking & verify all creditors (Vender’s) invoice as per both Interstate & Intrastate supply.10. Making attendance on daily basis of all concern payroll employee.11. Making payroll sheet on monthly basis & handling all HR related compliance as per labor law as well as company law.12. Making MIS on daily basis & send it to management.13. Updating of Vender invoice Tracker on Daily basis and sending weekly tracker to Management14. MIS Report (op pendency’s No. of Inv. , Inv. Recd, Inv processed, Closing No. of Inv.)15. Follow-up with Vendor for reconciliation and fixing appointment with Vendor and our Accounts person for final opening items and disputes on regular basis16. Reconsilliation of all employee ledger & Vender ledger end of the FY accordingly.17. Vender responsibility to provide Vendor's SOA to accounts and SOA as per books of Ardom to Vendor18. Vendor registration and Vendor Invoice processing19. Updating of VHD Tracker on Daily basis and sending weekly tracker to Circle SPOC
