Current• Taking care of the Chennai operations.• Responsible for replying the client’s mail and queries• Responsible to send quotation for any new assignment• Approves project delivery reports, quality reports, training reports, vendor production report & in-house production reports.• Analyze the trend of client expectations and implement timely state of the art solutions to satisfy clients at all times• Interact with the sales team in US• Evaluates the performance of Manger – Training, Manger – Customer Support, Manager – Productions, Manager – Vendor Relations & Manager – Quality• Plan things from budgeting point of view• Establish employee goals, get commitments, coach on meeting commitments and conduct employee performance reviews, set the bar for their team members and help employees meet it• Plans during worst care scenarios like unexpected holidays and project pressure situations.• Make sure all departments are interacting & collaborate to accomplish successful project execution.• Ensures on time deliveries of files to the customer• Conducts daily meetings with the Manger – Training, Manger – Customer Support, Manager – Productions, Manager – Vendor Relations & Manager – Quality• Responsible for staff scheduling, including: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations• Conduct performance reviews, get commitments and have crucial performance and career conversations with their team• Provides opportunities for their team’s career development
