Current-Preparation of Tendering documents, Bulk Material Take off from tender drawings and equipment layouts.-Shop drawing Quantity monthly work done preparation-Responsible for post contract quantity serving duties.-Project cost estimation for the piping and equipments works as per the tender Documents*Project Involved : 1) Car Park ( Ministry of Complex) 2) Ahmadi Cultural center 3) Central Body Shop-Preparation of Bill of quantities for Villas, Commercial Complex and Towers-Project cost estimation for the piping and equipment's works as per the tender Documents-Preparation and submission of material submittals for approval as per specification and contract drawings.-Design of pipe sizing for the plumbing and fire protection services.-Coordination with other services for final coordinated layouts.-Making technical and price comparisons for the material from different suppliers-Coordination with other services for final coordinated layouts.-Performing value engineering for a project-Preparation of Bill of Quantities from tender drawing as per tender department Tender drawings review for dimension and quantities (HVAC – Ducting / Piping & Plumbing & Fire Fighting).
