Key Responsibility Areas: Scrutiny of day to day financial activities like AR/AP,GL Posting, Booking of Vendors Invoices & processing of vendors payment on weekly & monthly basis, Reconciliation of various banks, Vendors, Customers, GL’s and Inventories on monthly basis or as required, Verification of TE Sheet’s, office expenses, vendor bill’s, contractor bills after verification its processing though SAP. Arrangement of necessary funds to project sites, warehouses and RO; facilitate timely payments to the suppliers, Vendors, Subcontractors. Monthly Budget preparation and send to Head Office. Preparation monthly Debit Note &Credit note to Stock dealer & B2B dealer against CD Reversal and OD interest charges to respective dealer as per the policy, Preparation of Branch office MIS reports on monthly basis and sent to GM/AVP Finance, Preparation of Budget on monthly basis and sent to HO and also preparing actual fund utilization report. Maintain cash transaction & petty cash book, generation of cash Preparation of sectors wise Booking/Sales/Recovery report & O/s Debtors and sent to respective Sectors Head/ DM/ZM Reconciliation of Customer/Dealers & Vendors accounts on quarterly & Yearly basis and getting Balance confirmation. Taking care of all statutory forms (Issuing & Collection) like C, F Form & E1, E2, WCT (VAT) & TDS certificate, Filing of GSTR-3B, GSTR-1 & GSTR2 and reconciliation B2Bon monthly basis. Inventory & Fixed Assets verification at warehouse/Office on quarterly/yearly basis and sending report to HO, Preparing an Annual Budget for Regional office and scheduling expenditures, Preparation of Provision Exp for monthly, quarterly & yearly Monitoring cash to avoid unnecessary expenses, Preparation and filing of PT tax for half –yearly return. Good Knowledge in SAP FICO, Excel V-Lookup, Pivot table, Tally and ERP. Quarterly inventory audit at warehouses.
