Over the past 34 years , I have skillfully planned and managed capital intensive projects in the field of sintering, pelletisation and beneficiation of iron ores, hired and trained outstanding cross functional teams and generated extensive cost savings for the projects undertaken by me. These successes as well as my proven abilities in engineering design review, cost estimation, budgeting, cost analysis and evaluation, have prepared me to undertake challenges ..Since graduating from Benares Hindu University- Institute of Technology with a Bachelor Degree in Metallurgy in 1980, I have served in various positions in research, design engineering ,plant operations and project activities. In these roles, I demonstrated my commitment to delivering complex outputs on time and with stipulated budget and consistently optimized teams skills and resources.
