• Maintaining 200 counsellor's data and leads data of Lead Squared & Teckinfo Dialer, calculating how many Leads are converted into admissions.
• Maintaining Disposition data, checking how many leads are contacted, not-contacted, interested, not interested & out of them how many finally take admission & sending the data to the management.
• Checking Leads on daily basis for various Campaigns -Amity Online, Amity Test Prep, Amity Global Varsity, Facebook, Monster, Google, LinkedIn, Amity Dubai and Amizone or Zoho CRM.
• Maintaining Leads at Teckinfo (Dialer) and Lead Squared.
• Making so many reports on daily basis –  Campaign wise report. Agent performance report. Agent Enrollments report. University Admission report. Lead source wise analysis report. Corporate wise admission report..

• Coordinating with Teams on Daily Production, Work allocation, Utilization, Analyze Volume Trends.
• Maintain Leave Tracker of all the Folks of the Organization.
• Responsible for Productivity Report which is to be shared with the managers both in house & Client based & updates the Report.
• Generate timely and accurate reports for analysis. Creating MIS report and presenting it to the concern Department.
