Provide contractor program management to GSA OCSIT USA.gov Bilingual platform and Data.gov program and fully understands the mission and vision of FCIC USA.gov bilingual platform and related channels. Manage Cascades Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) program and opportunity triage. Coordinate with Human Resources and recruiting personnel regarding job postings, applicants, new hires, discipline, Incidents, and ongoing work matters and questions. Conduct interviews of applicants and hire individuals qualified to fill open positions, assuring timely, thorough completion and submission of all required hiring forms. Review and approve timesheets, merit increases and reimbursement claims each pay period. Assure that all staff attend mandatory training sessions provided by the agency or the program.  As new staff are hired to the program, facilitate introductions between the staff and the Program team and clients. Perform employee performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback Maintain a positive rapport with, and a good working knowledge of each client in the program. Coordinate closely with Finance department on ensuring invoices are approved and submitted on a timely basis.  Manage the Budget execution models and program deliverables. Led the technical proposal for GSA Data.gov and won award.  Worked closely with process improvement group to ensure compliance with CMMi processes. Manage status reports, Pipeline, issues, risks, portal document compliance, etc. Support business development marketing activities. Continue to manage the GWAC to select prime opportunities for bid. Also manage the sales pipeline for capture opportunities. Facilitate and manage triweekly meeting with the Bid team. Established strong relationships with our subcontractors to ensure SLA’s are fully met.
