• Writing Job description• Identifying and analyzing the requirements and sourcing candidates through various recruiting channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed.• Conducting Telephonic interviews and HR interviews.• Screening, negotiating salary packages and finalizing a candidate.• Coordinating Interview with hiring Managers.• Document collection and Initiate onboarding processes• To get the acknowledgement and proof of acceptance from the candidate• Posting welcome banners and Birthday Banners.• Mentor and Train Junior recruiters
