- Develop and lead a 4-year strategic EDI Plan for the organisation. - Develop a 2-year EDI learning and development program, for staff, members and council. - Provide advice and recommendations to senior leaders and the Council. - Report on the progress of EDI work to senior leaders, Council, committee members and sector bodies. - Analyse data to inform EDI activities, projects and policies.- Produce Annual EDI Monitoring Reports. - Research, apply and promote EDI initiatives.- Share best practices with leaders and sector leads. - Translate legislation into applied practice at the GOC. - Coach and coordinate staff networks.- Deliver multiple training sessions and lunch and learns. - Project plan and deliver History Month and Awareness Day programmes.- Lead on the GOC’s Welsh Language Standards.- Chair the GOC’s Anti-Racism Group. - Maintain transparent web pages and EDI communication channels. • Project manage and lead on programs, campaigns, and initiatives that create a sense of community and belonging for students at Imperial College London. • Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders on events and campaigns based on liberation. • Manage and construct budgets of community grants and outreach funding. • Embed inclusive practice into student led programs through bespoke training. • Review and document existing projects with a full set of recommendations.• Influence and create policy and strategy inline with inclusive EDI practice.

• Project manage and implement the Academic Communities project, in collaboration with students and University staff. • Coach student leaders on creating yearly development plans, inclusive events, and targeted marketing, to develop academic societies. • Analyse and monitor data on the effectiveness of the Academic Communities project, to provide recommendations and plans for development. • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across departments, schools and campuses, developing specialised support for the cultivation of Academic Communities. • Represent Kent Union and student voices on student experience and Academic Communities on University boards and Communities.

• Support the administration of the Union's democratic processes. • Write accurate minutes of Union Council meetings and its working groups.• Collate, prepare and circulate papers for Union meetings. • Administer student representative elections by setting up online elections and monitoring inboxes. • Support Constituent Unions in producing their individual strategies.
