Observation of work and solving construction issues on-site, CA is also responsible for answering Request for Information forms, issuing Bulletins, review of shop submittals during construction, and oversight of As-Built documentation. Constructability Reviews performed for drawings and specifications at 65%, 95%, and “For Construction” sets. Expertise in DoD requirements including Unified Facilities Codes (UFCs), Anti Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP), ADA / ABA accessibility guidelines, and QCS/RMS requirements for Submittal Registers.
