Leads and manages project teams in designing and developing custom instructor-led, e-learning and blended learning solutions.I have 17+ years experience in the Training and Development field; during this time I have worked primarily as a consultant serving a wide variety of clients in multiple industries. I received my Masters in Human Resources Development from Xavier University.I have a passion for design, and for process development and refinement. I am a avid problem solver - I love taking a complex performance issue and boiling it down to its essence, then crafting the right solution to produce results. The field of learning and performance improvement is rapidly evolving, and our solutions have to meet the needs of a new generation of learners who are used to just-in-time, agile training solutions. Knowledge management and change communications are a critical consideration in the design of any training solution. The days of page-turner, click-to-continue elearning are going away, and in it's place are holistic solutions that consider the entire learner experience.
