I maintained full charge of all accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management and Payroll. I was responsible for the month-end close.I oversaw the procurement function of the internal buying group. I was the subject matter expert on Great Plains and ReQlogic, the procurement management system, I carried out market analysis to ensure the best pricing and terms and established our internal Vendor Management policies.

In this role, I worked with the Controller to provide administrative and financial support for our internal accounting department as well as external vendors.

I designed, established, and oversaw the vital logistics and execution needed for multiple widely distributed consumer electronics events and conferences. Assessed program goals, estimated and procured facility and equipment needs, logistical and catering requirements, as well as developed program budgets, and negotiated and administered service contracts.I served as the principal liaison between contractors, organizers, faculty, and administrators with regards to all facets of the logistical operations support of multiple programs and events.
