Collaborated with BPS Facilities Management, City Budget Management and Public Facilities Division to establish, maintain and forcast capital planning for 136 buildings and properties.Orchestrated team activities to facilitate the operational and educational aspects of school openings, closures and mergers.Collaborated with operations team to craft options for the re-zoning of schools from three to five zones.This work included a high level of data analysis, confidentiality, professionalism, detail orientation and organization, project management.

Facilitated the restructuring of all Boston Public Schools high schools into either small schools or small learning communities within all of the large district high schools.
