Tracking recruitment reports and statistical data for departments. Education for new hires of company policies and procedures. Process payroll and employment benefits. Maintaining databases.

Plans, directs, coordinates and implements a wide range of activities tailored to meet the specific needs and interests of senior clients of Virtua Health System. These programs include various in-house activities as well as sub-contracted services geared toward enhancing the mature client quality of life. I attend health fairs and community events to promote VIP program and Home Care Services. I plan and coordinate all VIP events. I work with government and community-based agencies to help keep our senior population up to date. I plan and manage all day trips, activities and in-services for seniors in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester County area. I plan and coordinate all holiday parties for over 200 seniors and solicit door prizes from over thirty area businesses. I work closely with Independent Living Facilities in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties. I publish Virtua VIP newsletter for our 14,000 VIP members four times a year. I supervise and train adult volunteers. I manage monthly AARP driver’s safety program classes. I compile and submit monthly and weekly reports to my immediate supervisor for review. I use computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, word processing, calendar, e-mail, and database software, in performing my work assignments.
